In addition, at your request, your personal data may be shared with lawyers, accountants, real estate development/construction companies, or property management service providers in Greece for the purpose of carrying out Golden Visa, real estate investment, or property management processes.
This transfer may be carried out based on your explicit consent, the performance of the requested service process, pre-contractual actions, the performance of the service, the protection of our legitimate interests, or other legal grounds provided under Article 9 of KVKK.
We take care to implement the necessary technical and administrative measures required under KVKK and applicable law in the course of international data transfers.
9. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to the periods provided under applicable law.
Information submitted through contact and inquiry forms may be retained for a reasonable period to evaluate your request and maintain the necessary communication.
Client testimonials may remain on the Site as long as your consent for publication continues. If you request removal, your request will be evaluated separately.
Once the purpose of processing no longer applies or the retention period ends, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
